Ever get the feeling that technology is taking over? Ever get the desire to just sit down and write out ideas or sketch on a piece of paper? It can be hard to do this when you are on a computer and typing out various items but with the newest invention from HP you can now do just that electronically.

HP created a new device known as the Digital Sketch pad. This is a wireless device that allows users to write and draw on the sketchpad. This will then be taken and put into a software program that is designed to bring it to life on the computer screen.

The Digital Sketch pad is intended for classrooms all across the world. It is believed that with this type of sketch pad teachers and professors are able to convey ideas and diagrams easier to the classroom.

The design and structure of the Digital Sketch pad isn’t that bad. Currently it is only compatible with Windows PC’s and there must be a Sketchbook Windows software program on it in order for it to read the software.

Another great feature of the Digital Sketch is that it contains a battery that has over 25 hours of use on it. This means that there will be no running out in the middle of class and that there will be a lack of having to charge it up over and over again.

If you are looking for a small portable device that will allow you to convey your thoughts and ideas on it the Digital Sketch is the way to go. While it is being marketed for classroom use this will obviously go over well with the designing crowd as there will be an eliminated need to have to upload all drawings. Instead it’ll be put right on the screen for you.

Other amazing features of this new computer monitor include the ability to have a two msc response time that doesn’t lag at all. It also has a 120 MHz refresh rate that will leave anyone using any other type of monitor to shame.

If the Acer monitor has got you excited and waiting in line for it you will have to wait a little while. There is no date announced for it to hit the United States market so those in the United States will either have to travel to the UK where it will be released in March or wait anxiously for it to hit store shelves in the United States. A Look at the Galaxy Indulge Cellphone

It seems as if every few weeks a new cellphone is invented or brought out on the market. This month the newest cellphone to hit the market is that of the Galaxy Indulge by Samsung. While many people were waiting for this to hit stores the specs and the configuration of this cellphone is nothing outstandingly new.

The Galaxy Indulge comes with a small 3.5 screen that has touch screen capabilities. It also has a complete QWERTY keyboard which makes it easy to surf the Internet and send emails or text messages. The whole cellphone runs off an Android 2.2 system.

Although the above specs might not be as shocking as cellphone users are used to it is the screen that will draw customers to it. The Galaxy Indulge comes with a beautiful LCD touch screen that displays pictures and images in wonderful depth and color. Many reviews have compared the screen to allowing the images to just pop out and really shows an array of colors that some cellphones seem to lack. The screen images are also not blotchy or pixely but instead are lifelike.

Other features of the Galaxy Indulge include the camera built directly into the cellphone. The camera that comes with it is a 3 megapixels which is surprising because most newer cellphones are coming out with a 10 megapixel camera. Another feature is the battery and processor that it has. The 1500 mAH battery will keep the phone running for many hours. The process speed clocks in a 1 GHz.

Overall the Galaxy Indulge contains a beautiful screen and displays images in a depth that other phones can only envy. However, the camera might be lacking when compared to other cellphones on the market.

A Look at the Latitude XT3 – A Combination of Tablet and Laptop

One of the most popular types of technology on the market today is the tablet. Tablet computers and gadgets allow Internet users to do everything that they would traditionally do on a computer but only on a handheld device that can be taken anywhere. However, tablets have their own limitations and problems and cannot run as quickly as a computer. Until now.

Dell has come up with a combination of a small laptop computer and a tablet device. This device is known as the Latitude XT3. It is essentially a laptop computer that has a screen that can rotate and be pushed back onto the device. When this happens it can be turned into a big touch screen tablet.

The specs and configurations of the new Latitude XT3 are amazing for such a small device. It contains a process that is a 2.5 GHz Core. There is also a smaller CPU in it that makes many users have a slight problem with the battery life as it does not run as long as other handheld devices that are on the market today. There is only a small amount or RAM but it works ideal for those that are only casually suffering the Internet. At the moment there is only 2 GB of RAM present. The screen on this device is also extremely bright and offers a great view even when it is shown up against sunlight or UVA rays.

One of the biggest concerns with handheld devices are how well they can handle any type of wear and tear. The Latitude XT3 can stand against almost anything. The structure is strong as it contains a magnesium frame and it has been known to withstand some outdoor environments.
